Commuters travelling into Dundee from Fife have complained about a near-naked man exposing himself to motorists when traffic lights turn red.
A number of people claim to have seen the man cavorting in an orange towel in a city centre flat visible to traffic heading north as it comes off the Tay Road Bridge.
One woman, who asked not to be named, said the man appeared at the window wearing nothing but the towel and carrying a mug of tea.Have you seen the ‘flasher’? Contact 01382 575130 or email news@thecourier.co.ukHe then opened and closed the towel several times and exposed himself to motorists waiting at traffic lights below before “taking a sip of tea and repeating the process”.
Staff working in shops below the flat said they have not received any complaints about the exhibitionist’s behaviour.
Police Scotland also said they have not received any complaints.
