A 31-year-old scooter rider has died after he collided with a parked car in Dundee on Friday night.
The accident happened at around 8.45pm in Old Craigie Road.
The rider was on a grey Peugeot scooter. He was taken by ambulance to Ninewells Hospital but died from his injuries shortly after arrival.
A police spokesman said: “The immediate family of the 31-year-old male casualty have been made aware of the incident and police officers are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision.”
Any witnesses to the collision or anyone who may have seen the Peugeot scooter are asked to phone police on 101.
