The woman was spotted on CCTV lifting the bundle of notes off the ground in Murray Terrace, Perth, at around 3.10pm on Friday.
She is then seen flicking through the wad of money before walking off towards the city centre.

It is understood the home owner is offering a reward if the woman is successfully traced and the cash returned.
