And in his Courier column, Alex Salmond argues the fibre optic (in some places) highway is the place to fight against terrorism.
Should it be a case of binary not bombs in the attempts to halt the barbaric actions of the likes of IS? Read the former First Minister’s argument and decide for yourself.
