Three charged after £400,000 of cocaine seized in Dundee

Three men have been charged after over £400,000 worth of cocaine was found during police raids on properties in Dundee on Wednesday afternoon.

Officers from Police Scotland Tayside Division, working with colleagues from the Organised Crime Unit, searched a number of properties in the Hilltown and Perth Road areas of the city.

Three men aged 54, 37 and 33, all from Dundee, have been arrested and charged in connection with the haul and are expected to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court today.

Police say the raids are unconnected with Operation Shrug on Wednesday where addresses in Dundee and Angus were raided and heroin with a street value of £200,000 was recovered.
