John Bissett, 35, of Newtyle Road, Kettins, is alleged to have stolen two cars and a van. He appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court on Tuesday when he pleaded not guilty to three charges of theft on a summary complaint. Bissett denies charges alleging he stole an Alfa Romeo, a Ford Mondeo and a Ford Transit from the Dundee car dealer’s site. The thefts were alleged to have taken place between April 1 2013 and September 30 2014 from premises in Ash Street, Dundee. A trial date was set for June 27.
