Polish nationals Adrian Orzazewski, 20, and Artur Szyncel, 18, appeared from custody at the city’s sheriff court on Monday. They plead not guilty to a charge of attacking a man at the beauty spot on September 12. They are alleged to have kicked him, causing him to fall to the ground where they kick him on the body, to his injury. The incident is said to have been aggravated by sexual orientation. Orzazewski, of Atholl Court, Perth, and Szyncel, of Collinson View, Perth, will stand trial in January next year.
