Raith Rovers’ summer recruit from Rangers, Ross Perry, is expected to be ready for a return to action this weekend. However, he faces a fight for his place with the experienced Laurie Ellis. Perry has been out of action with a hamstring injury since the Stark’s Park men lost 4-0 to Rangers in mid-September. Ellis who doubles up as the first-team coach stepped in to help Grant Murray’s side keep clean sheets in their last two games. Rovers head to Hibs this weekend and Murray may face a difficult choice. “Ross has done well since joining in the summer. However, he has missed out recently. “Laurie has come in and done really well in his absence so I could have a difficult although pleasant choice to make.”
