Police are hunting two men in their 60s who robbed a couple at their home in a Perthshire village.
The pair approached the house at Muthill’s Drummond Street, near Crieff, and demanded to be let in.
They made off with several of the couple’s personal belongings, investigators said.
The terrified victims, a 45-year-old man and 40-year-old woman, were said to be shaken, but unhurt.
The raid happened at around 5.40pm on Sunday.
A force spokeswoman said: “Officers are keen to trace the two suspects.”
One is described as 5ft 11in tall and said to be about 60 years old. He had stubble on his face, was wearing a dark blue jacket with a hooded top underneath.
The second man is said to be of a similar age, 5ft 8-9in tall and was also wearing dark clothing.
Anyone with information was last night urged to call police on 101 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
