Will it be a case of too many cooks, or one of many hands making light work in Dunfermline this Saturday?
Local veterans are currying favour with the public by cooking up spicy treats in a good cause.
This is the Fife Veterans Association’s annual curry lunch to raise funds for the veterans of the armed services and their families in Fife.
The Royal British Legion (Scotland) branch in New Row, Dunfermline will be the venue for the curry extravaganza.
In addition there will be belly dancers, a vintage vehicle exhibition in the car park immediately behind the legion hall, a raffle and tombola, and there will also be a guess the time competition taken for veteran Andy Laker’s marathon challenge.
Andy, who has multiple sclerosis, is to complete a three bridges challenge around Fife on a fleet of motorised scooters for veterans’ charities next month.
The association’s curry day will run from noon to 4pm.
