ByNews reporter
Those wishing to toast next month’s royal wedding will have an even longer opportunity to do so after Angus licensing board agreed to a temporary extension of licensing hours.
Licensed premises across the region, except off-sales, can remain open until 2am following Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding on Friday, April 29.
No applications to the board are required and there are no fees payable.
Individual premises will be able to decide if they want to stay open longer.
