Search for BMW driver in Ricky Brown crash inquiry

Tayside Police are keen to speak to speak to the driver of a car who they believe can shed light on a road accident that claimed the life of a Fife teenager earlier this month.
Ricky Brown (18), from Newburgh, died after the car in which he was a passenger crashed on the outskirts of Perth early on Friday, March 18.
The grey Ford Focus overturned on the slip road leading from Edinburgh Road to the junction with the M90 at Craigend at around 12.05am.
Investigations are continuing and officers are urgently seeking the driver of a black BMW 3-series coupe travelling north on Friarton Road at the time.
Sergeant Alan Pettigrew of the road policing unit said, “I would appeal to the driver to contact us as a matter of urgency.
“The driver or occupants of this vehicle may have vital information that could assist us progress our inquiries.”
Investigators are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen the grey Ford Focus ST170 or a light silver/metallic blue Citroen Saxo on Shore Road, Friarton Road, Edinburgh Road or the M90 at Craigend.
