Angus Council has launched an investigation after a school bus crashed in the Glenesk area.
Several Tarfside Primary School pupils had boarded the Glenesk Travel vehicle on Wednesday afternoon when it collided with a wall outside the school, although no one was injured as a result.
A local authority spokesman said, “The 16-seat vehicle collecting children from Tarfside Primary School crashed outside the school on Wednesday afternoon. The school wall was damaged and the road outside closed until the debris was cleared.
“All the children were collected by their parents and transport was laid on as normal today. An investigation into the cause of the accident is under way.”
