A group of 60 hardy open water swimmers took to the Tay for the Bridge to Bridge Championship.
Members of Broughty Ferry’s Ye Amphibious Ancients Bathing Association joined other clubs from across the city for Wednesday evening’s swim.
Phibbies president Joyce McIntosh said: ”To have 60 swimmers was really good. We had quite an entry from Menzieshill Whitehall and Dundee Aquatics.”
Stephen Gibb (14) scooped first place in the juniors with a time of 20 minutes 19 seconds. He was followed by Ellie Finlayson (17) and Robyn Hill (14).
Amy Robertson and Kirsty Simpson fought it out for fourth place with only seconds between them.
The swim attracted the biggest turnout since 2004.
Trophies from Dundee Leisure were presented, but there will be an official presentation later in the year.Click here for a full photo gallery
