Filming for spoof horror movie Wraith Rovers: The Undead Eleven gets under way at Stark’s Park this Saturday.
Members of the public are being invited to turn up to appear as extras.
Behind the movie, which aims to be a light-hearted satire on the state of Scottish football, is Emmy winner Bob Carruthers.
Earlier this year, Mr Carruthers made an appeal for performers to donate £500 in exchange for a part in the film.
Having cast most of the main roles and secured enough funding to cover production costs, he is now inviting wannabe zombies to go along on Saturday for free.
”Filming will take place from noon and if you turn up we will make sure you’re in the film and have your moment in the spotlight,” he said.
”Anyone can come along adults, families, kids of all ages and stay for a hour, or stay the whole afternoon.”
With the weekend match an away fixture at Firhill on Sunday, the filmmakers have the stadium to themselves.
The project is part of Kirkcaldy Comedy Festival and is aimed at making the event as interactive as possible.
Billed as a spoof football documentary, Wraith Rovers is set to feature comedian Vladimir McTavish as director of football Bob Doolally and Gary Dobson as manager Jock Tamson.
