Dennis The Menace became the surprise star of the Scottish Knitting Show and Competition.
Saturday’s event took place at Perth Racecourse and attracted members of craft associations from all over the country.
They came to showcase their skills and expertise, peruse a variety of trade stalls and enjoy a series of talks and demonstrations.
Fashions shows enabled participants and visitors to see some fine knitted clothing and red and black appeared to be the colours for the season, with two very special modelsDennis and fellow Beano star Minnie the Minxtaking to the catwalk.
The pair modelled a range of striking striped items. The tribute was included in the show to mark Dennis’s 60th birthday.
