The incident happened at about 10.30pm on Saturday in Baxter Park, near Baxter Park Terrace. The victim was sitting on a park bench when three males aged about 15 or 16, wearing hooded tops, approached him with knives and robbed him. Police have not given details of what was stolen. The three suspects then ran off through Baxter Park. The victim did not require medical attention after the incident but was left shaken.
