Blackness Road residents woke up on Monday morning to the red and purple marks sprayed all over their garage doors, masonry and even dog poo bins. Local councillors have appealed for anyone who saw anything suspicious to report the damage to the police and “stop the mindless action.” A spokesman for Police Scotland, Tayside Division also asked for anyone who has not yet reported damage to their property to get in touch.
