Kirkcaldy OAP group treasurer admits stealing almost £2,000

A Kirkcaldy pensioner has admitted stealing nearly £2,000 while acting as treasurer of an OAP association in the town.
Lorraine Riggans or Puddiefoot, 63, of East Lodge, Ravenscraig Park, admitted that between July 29 2010 and July 4 2013 at Dysart Community Centre, High Street, Dysart, while treasurer of Dysart and Boreland OAP Association, she embezzled £1,963.46.
At Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court, Sheriff Max Hendry delayed sentence until next month for social work reports.
