Police had been working with agencies across the country in a bid to trace 42-year-old Mark King after he failed to report for registration. The last confirmed sighting of him was in Perth on July 14. However, police have confirmed he was traced down south on Thursday night. King will appear at Perth Sheriff Court accused of failing to comply with notification requirements under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
