Police attended the Co-Op shop in Trinity Road at 12.30am after reports of a break-in. A window was broken in the attempted raid. A police spokesman said: “It is understood the suspects made off when the alarm was activated and nothing was taken. “Anyone with any information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101.”
