The Dundee Past and Present Transport Photo Page on Facebook has picked up hundreds of likes since it launched earlier this year. Along with the Dundee Transport Museum, it provides a fascinating glimpse into the city’s past. Fans of the site have submitted a range of fascinating pictures showing Dundee through the ages. It contains everything from horse-drawn carts to the buses that used to serve the city centre in the 1980s. But it’s not just online that Dundonians will soon be able to see old vehicles on the road. From Monday until Christmas Eve, Stagecoach will be using a vintage Routemaster bus on the 73/73A between Ninewells Hospital and Monifieth.
