Almost £3,000 worth of tools stolen from van in Dundee

Tools worth almost £3,000 were stolen from a van in Dundee.
The van was parked in Byron Street when a large quantity of expensive tools were stolen.
Police are investigating after the Ford Connect was broken into some time between midday on January 13 and 6.20am on January 15.
A police spokesman said: “A large quantity of tools, worth approximately £2,700 were stolen.”
The items stolen include a roughing nail gun IM350 in an orange carry case with “PASLOAD” written on it in white, a Pasload straight nailer IM65, a Hilti cordless Collator Gun in a red carry case with Hilti written on it in white, a Hilti screw gun and Hilti drill/breaker and a Hilti ripsnorter.
The tool is described as a red circular saw with Hilti written on it in white.
Anyone who may have any information in relation to the incident or the stolen property is being asked to call 101 or contact any police officer.
