Police investigate assault on 12-year-old girl in Dundee

Police are investigating a report of assault on a 12-year-old girl in Dundee.
The incident happened between about 6.30pm and 8pm on Tuesday on a footpath near Longhaugh Road.
Officers are keen to trace a man seen in the area at the time. He is described as being about 35-years-old, five feet six inches tall, of medium build with a large tattoo on his upper left arm down to his elbow.
At the time he was wearing glasses, a blue t-shirt, jeans and black and white trainers.
Anyone who saw this man in the area or who has information that could assist officers with their enquiries is being urged contact Police Scotland on 101.
