Summer has arrived early in Dundee with instant ice-cream being made and sampled as part of Dundee Science Centre’s Ice Show. The ice-cream experiment demonstrates the properties of liquid nitrogen and its effect on solids, liquids and gases. The Ice Show will also demonstrate a range of experiments, with liquid transforming a banana into a powerful hammer, and making flowers shatter. The show will run from Saturday to Monday. Dundee Science Centre is open daily from 10am-5pm. For further information contact the centre on 01382 228800 or visit www.dundeesciencecentre.org.uk.
