Forfar Academy left with a bit of Banksy

A Forfar Academy leaver may have left their mark on the school in a graffiti farewell.

The artwork depicted a pupil holding a gun to their head and was discovered on a wall at the Taylor Street secondary.

Sixth-year pupils left the school on study leave this week and previous years have seen teaching staff forced to take action against pranksters.

A spokesman for Angus Council said: “There was a Banksy-style piece of art drawn in the school. It was removed later the same day.”
