Curtis Good has been dealt a huge blow after he was ruled out of the World Cup with Australia. The defender, who has been on loan at Dundee United, injured his hip while on international duty with the Socceroos against Ecuador in March. The Newcastle United player was hopeful that the problem would have cleared in time for him to travel to Brazil. However, reports from Australia suggest that he may need surgery to cure the injury and he will not make the World Cup.
