Dylan McIndoe, 17, went missing on Sunday after leaving a family barbecue in Buckhaven. A dog walker made the grim discovery of a body on the edge of woods in Coaltown of Wemyss on Monday afternoon. Dylan’s family and police officers hunting for the youngster were informed of the find shortly afterwards. Police Scotland said that a thorough examination had been conducted of the scene and there were no suspicious circumstances. A police helicopter was drafted in to help look for Dylan who has not been seen since leaving the barbecue at a house in Brady Crescent. It is understood he had been intending to walk home but never arrived.
