Alex Salmond nominates Prime Minister as he completes ice bucket challenge

Alex Salmond has completed the ice bucket challenge and has now nominated the Prime Minister to take it on.

The First Minister was nominated by actor James McAvoy, alongside his Better Together counterpart Alistair Darling.

Salmond nominated his Deputy Nicola Sturgeon, BBC Scotland’s Brian Taylor, and David Cameron after completing the challenge while in Dundee.

Ms Sturgeon followed the SNP leader in taking the challenge and nominated Scottish Labour leader Johann Lamont, Sports Minister Shona Robison, and Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg.

The ice bucket challenge has been an online hit worldwide with nominees dumping a bucket of ice water on their head to raise money for charity.
