Police appeal for missing Kirkcaldy man Michael McFarlane

Police are asking for help to find a Kirkcaldy man who has not been seen for over a week.

Michael McFarlane (43) who is 5ft 9in and of medium build was last seen at 3.30pm on Tuesday August 14 at Waverley Railway Station, Edinburgh, when he got on the London King’s Cross train.

At the time he was wearing blue Gstar jeans, a black Gstar T-shirt, navy hooded sweatshirt and tan or brown shoes.

Inspector David Latto said: “This is completely out of character for Michael and I would ask him to contact his family or the police.

“I would also ask that anyone who has seen Michael, or has any information about where he is, to contact Police on 08456 005702 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.”
