A pensioner accused of drug dealing in a supermarket car park has appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court.
Denis McAinsh, 74, of Garthland Drive, Glasgow, appeared on petition alongside co-accused Barry Leslie Malone Jeffrey, 31, of Wedderburn Street, Dundee.
They both face a charge of being concerned in the supply of cannabis, a class B drug, in Tesco car park, Riverside Drive, on Tuesday as well as in other locations unknown to the crown.
Jeffrey also faces two further charges of being concerned in the supply of cocaine, a class A drug from a flat in Clepington Road, as well as possession of diazepam, a class C drug.
Both offences are alleged to have taken place on Tuesday.
Neither accused made any plea or declaration during the short hearing before Sheriff Richard McFarlane.
The case was continued for further examination and both Jeffrey and McAinsh were granted bail.
