Band on a high ahead of Forth Road Bridge festival finale
ByLeeza Clark
There’s scaling the heights.
And then there’s really scaling the heights. Bwani Junction warmed up for their appearance at the Forth Bridges Festival with a trip up the towers.
The finale, which brings to a close the 10-day festival, will see the band play alongside legendary rockers Big Country.
Tomorrow, 2,014 people will form a kilometre-long “river of fire” across the bridge before the countdown starts to a spectacular fireworks display, which promises to light up the bridge “as never before”.
No local parking will be available at the event or in the surrounding area, so free shuttle buses are being provided for all ticket holders from locations both north and south of the Forth.
