Tennis ace Andy Murray’s £1.8 million Cromlix Hotel at Dunblane is now open for bookings.
The Scot bought the A-listed building in February last year and it is expected to reopen on April 1 following redevelopment.
Built in 1874 as a family residence for Arthur Hay-Drummond, son of the Earl of Kinnoul, it was converted into a hotel in 1981 but the business fell into financial difficulties and closed.
The hotel now boasts five suites, 10 bedrooms, a reception hall, a chapel, two drawing rooms, a library, a conservatory, meeting rooms and a restaurant that will be run by Michelin Star chef Albert Roux.
The hotel is already fully booked for the Ryder Cup at nearby Gleneagles.
