Roads to be closed at St Michaels junction over next two weekends

Both sides of the junction on the A919/A914 at St Michaels will be closed to allow roadworks to be carried out over the next two weekends.

The closures will affect the B945 to Tayport and the A914 to Balmullo and beyond on March 8 and 9 and again on March 15 and 16.

Diversions will be in place from 7.30am until 5pm on those days and will be lifted overnight and during the week.

Alternative bus services will be in operation for Tayport and onward travel and access for residents within any closure areas will be restricted during working hours.

Fife Council is urging drivers to allow extra time for travelling and expect delays through Leuchars during these works.
