Camouflaged gang rob teenagers camping in Baldragon Woods

A gang of men in camouflage robbed a group of teenagers camping in woods outside Dundee in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The terrifying ordeal began when the four youths, aged between 14 and 16, were camping within Baldragon Woods near to Clatto Reservoir, northwest of Dundee.
They heard a commotion outside and then a gang of approximately six older males, all dressed in camouflage gear, burst into their tents.

None of the four campers were physically injured during the incident.
The inquiry is being handled by Tayside division CID and Police Scotland said anyone who was in Baldragon Woods on Friday night or Saturday morning, or who knows anyone who frequents the woods, should contact them immediately on 101 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.For more on this story, see Monday’s Courier or try our digital edition.
