Officers from the Police Scotland Organised Crime and Counter Terrorism Unit, Europol and the Belgian Police were all involved. As a result a 51-year-old male from Perth was detained on a European Arrest Warrant. He is expected to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Thursday, though the nature of the charges he will face are, as yet, unknown. For more on this story pick up a copy of Thursday’s Courier.
