Dozens of fundraisers took part in a mock jailbreak from HMP Perth at the weekend to raise money for charity.
The annual event, which is now in its 17th year, was held on Saturday and organised by the Grey Lodge Settlement in Dundee.
Various teams competed for four major trophies the furthest travelled, the furthest travelled in the UK, the furthest travelled without using fuel, and the best dressed team.
The aim was to try and get as far away from Perth Prison as possible with one ambitious team planning an international escape to Holland.
Councillor Douglas Pover, who attended on behalf of Perth and Kinross Provost Liz Grant, started the event and said it was “good natured”.
“It was a well attended event and everyone was in good spirits,” he said.
“Some people were in fancy dress, dressed as convicts and some were planning on making travel arrangements to go to Holland.”
Money raised from the event will go to Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) and Children 1.
