Forfar expect to have Gavin Swankie back for derby clash

Forfar expect to have skipper Gavin Swankie back in their starting line-up after injury when the Loons get back to league business a week on Saturday.
The Station Park side do not play this weekend as scheduled opponents Rangers are playing in the final of the Ramsdens Cup, and Forfar boss Dick Campbell reckons the week’s break will allow Swankie to fully recover from a calf problem and help his side boost their flagging promotion hopes.
Campbell said: “Gavin was on the bench at the weekend but he was far from fully fit. The fortnight off will do him a lot of good and we are sure that he will be good to go for Arbroath in our next game.
“We need to win every game from here on in and having Gavin available will help us do that.”
