Abertay student in final of PETA sexiest vegan competition

What does one Dundee girl have in common with Natalie Portman and Ellie Goulding?
She is a vegan and she is beautiful. Lisa-Marie Williams, a law student at Abertay University, is a finalist in the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals UK’s sexiest vegan.’
“I decided to become a vegan about 18 months ago after returning from Trinidad, where my sister looks after stray dogs,” she said. “It really opened my eyes and I decided to lead a more compassionate lifestyle.”
The 24-year old added: “I used to have problems with my skin, but that has all cleared up since I stopped eating meat. I saw the competition being advertised online and I thought, what did I have to lose?
“Now, I’m focusing on getting all my friends to vote for me. Hopefully I’ve got a chance.”
