Racing fans have been promised an “unforgettable” year at Perth Racecourse.
The venue has pledged to top last year’s events, which marked its 400th anniversary with a series of events and race days.
The season kicks off on April 23 with the McBookie.com Perth Festival, which features three days of racing.
Once again, it will culminate with the Highland National steeplechase, a four-mile race featuring 27 fences, including the famous water jump.
This will be followed on May 14 by the Heart of Scotland beer festival, an evening of craft ales, music and horse racing.
On May 15, ladies will be invited to don their fanciest outfit and head along to the Breakthrough Breast Cancer Ladies Day.
There will be a £1,000 prize for the best-dressed woman, with entertainment from Olly Murs and Take That tribute acts.
The highlight of 2014 will be the City of Perth Gold Cup Day in June, which features seven races with an impressive £30,000 of prize money up for grabs.
Meanwhile, on July 2, the Armed Forces Race Day will give people the opportunity to celebrate the men and women who serve, or who have served, on the frontline.
