The Glenrothes community turned out in force to stage a peaceful rally and maintain the hunt for missing man Allan Bryant on Saturday.
More than 200 people gathered outside Styx nightclub in the town, the last place Allan was seen alive.
Allan was last seen leaving the nightclub on Caskieberran Road during the early hours of Sunday November 3.
Allan’s mother, Marie Degan, led the large crowd on a march from the club to the police station on Napier Road, with his sister Amy one of those carrying banners adorned with his photograph and details.
Supporters from as far afield as Dunfermline and St Andrews travelled to lend their support to a group that included not just friends and family of the missing 24-year-old, but those who had been moved by his plight and that of his family.

The crowd gathered outside the police station where they chanted, “Police Scotland, find Allan Bryant Jr, Police Scotland, bring Allan home,” for several minutes.
Marie said: “It’s been an amazing turnout and I want to thank everybody who showed up. We will never give up and we hope that by keeping Allan’s profile high it will help to jog someone’s memory of something that happened that night.”
Kara McBean and Alicia Ritchie had been friends with Allan throughout their time together at Southwood Primary and Glenwood High schools.
Kara said: “It is such a shock that something like this has happened to someone you were at school with and grew up with.”
Alicia added: “He was such a great guy, really genuine and friendly, and we have lots of happy memories.
“We are holding on to hope and doing our bit to keep awareness high to make sure people don’t forget.”
The rally was met at the police station by Chief Inspector Nicola Shepherd, who welcomed the effort and the community spirit shown.
Inspector Shepherd said: “This rally has been absolutely fantastic and it has been an overwhelming response.
“It is a testament to the community spirit and the desire to keeping Allan at the forefront of people’s minds.
“I just hope this extra focus will encourage somebody to pick up a phone and that somebody will rack their brain where they can go back to that weekend and remember something important that happened.
“If they haven’t come forward due to apprehension, then there are opportunities to report things anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
“The search for Allan continues. We’ve got an excellent relationship with Marie and Allan and have dedicated officers that deal with them on an almost daily basis.
“We have a number of lines of enquiry that we are pursuing and we remain committed to supporting Marie and Allan and the family.”
