A historic Dunfermline hotel has been put up for sale.
Davaar House Hotel and Restaurant on Grieve Street has been put on the market at offers of around £525,000.
The Victorian property is a detached stone-built villa and comprises a 10-bedroom family-run hotel, a restaurant lounge with bar area and a separate three-bedroom house.
It has long been a firm favourite with visitors to the nearby Knockhill Racing Circuit.
Owners Jim and Doreen Jarves, who have run the hotel for more than 24 years, are planning to retire.
Alistair Letham, a director with selling agent Colliers International, said: “Davaar House Hotel is a superb private hotel business, which currently trades principally on a B&B basis only, and continues to produce good levels of turnover.
“With the inclusion of a separate three-bedroom house, it provides an excellent home and family business for resident proprietors.”
