Perthshire bus driver found safe after his disappearance

A disgraced bus driver who disappeared from his Highland Perthshire home days after admitting to being drunk in charge of a school bus has been traced.
Tayside Police launched a missing person’s search on January 24 after concerns were raised for the safety of 56-year-old Kenneth Carey.
The coach company director from Grandtully a former soldier is awaiting sentencing in court after admitting driving pupils to Aberfeldy while three times over the legal alcohol limit.
Following his disappearance, his wife Alexandra made a plea for him to return home, although he had been in touch with his family.
Tayside Police said: “We are pleased to confirm that Kenneth Carey has been traced safe and well.”
