ByThe Courier Reporter
The trial of the former chief constable of Fife Constabulary will go ahead next month.
The case against Norma Graham, Scotland’s first female chief constable, called for a sixth time at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court today.
Graham, who retired in August, was involved in a head-on collision on February 7 last year, as she drove to work at Fife Constabulary HQ in Glenrothes.
The 50-year-old has denied a charge of careless driving over the incident.
Sheriff Maxwell Hendry deferred the case until the trial date on March 20, and ordained Graham to appear.
