Man admits sex with underage girls

An Arbroath man who admitted sex with underage girls has been put on the sex offenders register and placed on probation for three years.

Curtis James Waters (25), of Keptie Street, admitted that between August 14 2010 and August 28 2010 he had unlawful sex with a girl who was 15.

He further admitted having unlawful sex with another girl aged 15 in Arbroath between April 18 2009 and August 20 2009.

Sheriff Peter Paterson at Arbroath also made a supervision order for Waters.
