A Tayside woman will be the envy of millions of adoring teenage fans when she treks the Great Wall of China with pop stars Union J.
Dundee mum-of-two Caroline Simpson, 32, will join George, Jaymi and JJ as part of the nine-day trip to the tourist attraction.
The journey will see 30 participants traverse some of the most challenging and arduous stretches of the iconic Great Wall to raise funds for CoppaFeel.
Three of the Union J lads agreed to take up the Great Wall trek for the charity and Caroline successfully applied to be part of their fundraising team.
She must now raise £3,250 before she flies to Beijing to join the former X Factor stars as part of the charity challenge from October 3 to 11.
She said: “I decided at the end of last year that I was going to spend 2015 challenging myself physically and raising money for charity at the same time.”
