X Factor and Dancing on Ice star Ray Quinn became the latest big name to perform in Montrose.
He performed at the Town Hall with his band after support act Blue Delta from Fife had warmed up the crowd.
Ray’s set included classic hits and songs from his brand new album which is currently being recorded.
Charlie Campbell of North East Musical and Sports Promotions said: “Such is the charm of the man he spent nearly an hour after the show meeting and posing for pictures with the fans who wanted to meet him.
“He was an absolute gentleman nothing was too much.”
Lucky raffle prize winner Sally Jessiman from Montrose was presented with a signed framed photo from Ray after the gig.
Ray was so impressed with his Angus welcome that he stayed for two nights.
He first shot to fame in Brookside before finishing as runner-up to Leona Lewis in the 2006 series of X Factor.
In 2009 Ray won Dancing On Ice and became the show’s 2014 Champion of Champions.
