Police sealed off the busy route between Cowdenbeath and the Halbeath junction after the accident. There were no reports of any injuries. The incident happened at around 2.20pm. Both lanes were closed, but the westbound lanes reopened shortly before 5pm. Eastbound lanes are expected to open soon.
