Tracy Gray, 40, was given a large stash of heroin to watch by neighbour Michael Philbin, who has since been jailed for four-and-a-half years. Sheriff Lindsay Foulis told Gray: “Clearly there was a significant value to the heroin you were holding. “However, it seems clear you were acting as a store for another.” Gray, of Strathtay Road, Perth, admitted supplying heroin and was ordered to carry out 250 hours unpaid work.
