Firefighters used a crane to deal with loose masonry on the roof of a Dundee city centre building today. Masonry fell off the roof at 1.15pm, possibly damaging a car, but nobody was hurt. A spokeswoman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said one crew had attended. She said: “We were contacted by police to attend after they were made aware of loose masonry on one of the roofs on the Cowgate.”
